Like all mechanical devices bikes need to be maintained. We recommend a bike checkup every six months, or 500 km for the best experience.
About Me
A mother with three kids
I am the founder of Babike and a mother of three children. Everything was a challenge when I first moved to Düsseldorf, (Germany). I looked for things that would make life simpler. I found logistics to be one of the more complicated aspects of daily life – especially with three small children. My first family bike solved this.
I drove the kids on the bike daily to their kindergartens, schools, the supermarket, afterschool sports and lessons. When we were meeting friends in different parts of the city, everybody was amazed by how fast and efficient the family bike is. Friends who drove to our rendezvous were surprised that despite leaving at the same time we would arrive before them at the destination.
After years of using my cargo bike, I am 100% convinced. Cargo bikes are an amazing alternative to cars. Let us change the mobility of tomorrow!
